The strip is available in 32.8ft, 65.6ft, 100ft, and 400ft lengths. The 100ft option ships as two separate 50ft rolls rather than one continuous roll, making it easier to store, route around corners, and install in two separate areas if needed. All four lengths use the same 5050 RGB chip and the same app and remote controller.
Music sync runs through the smartphone app, which uses your phone's microphone to pick up ambient sound. The strip reacts to beat peaks in real time, shifting colors and intensity. This means sync quality depends on your phone's microphone sensitivity and proximity to the sound source — there is no physical microphone wired into the strip itself.
Yes. The strip has designated cut marks along its length. Cutting along these marks — and only along these marks — preserves the circuit in the remaining section. Cutting mid-segment disables the section from that cut point onward. After cutting, the shortened strip still connects to the same controller and responds to the same app and remote.
No. The timer is programmed through the app but once set, the schedule is stored in the controller — your phone does not need to remain open or nearby for the timer to execute. You can program a weekly schedule, close the app, and the strip will follow the programmed on/off times independently.
Yes. The 24-key infrared remote works independently of the app and lets you switch colors, adjust brightness, change lighting modes, and power the strip on or off. The app adds music sync, timer scheduling, and finer color mixing, but all core functions are accessible from the remote alone — no smartphone required for daily use.
