Never received the mirror. I believe I have been scammed. This has been reported to the Better Business organization, Facebook and Instagram. It has also been reported to the Tic Tok.

It's a scam, you displayed it in a much larger size, but it's the size of a small computer screen. You need to inform customers the truth. I want my money back. Plus I email, called to change address on delivery. You never responded. I received mine 1/22/25 outside my door. That's not where I wanted it to go.

The product is smaller then what is being shown. I did not get the size that I purchased. It took forever to receive the package. The quality of the product is so distasteful. I will not be ordering from this company again.

It is super small and don’t even like the size on the picture. The measurements are in millimeters not inches not feet. I got the biggest one and a small as hell and very disappointing. It’s cute but the size is not the way it shows in the picture. It’s only 10” x 20” which is very tiny to be a sign that’s hung up on the wall!!

I bought two of these and received them. It took a very long time to ship. There are no instructions whatsoever with these. I have no idea how to use them or work the small controllers that were included.

It arrived and it was cracked. It should have had a fragile sticker on it or better packaging to ensure that it arrived in one piece. My daughter was very upset!

Don't buy anything from this site. If you want to be ripped off be my guest and order all you want. They are a fraud and will steal your money. I ordered the mirror, it never came so I tried to track it with the tracking number provided. It was a dead end only provided tracking that said it cleared customs. Tried contacting the delivery carrier number out of service. Tried contacting the seller through the number provided on website, always busy no matter when you call. Tried contacting seller through the number on my CC statement also out of service. Needless to say it's been more than a month and my mirror still hasn't arrived.
