Product took a month and a half to arrive, showed up only half working, and resolution of the issue has taken over two months with no end in sight. Customer service takes weeks to respond… product was mirrored plastic, power cable is very short… DO NOT BUY from these people.

I ordered this mirror in December for my daughter's birthday which is Valentine's Day! This item finally arrived today, March 3rd! I could never get a straight answer when communicating via email and there wasn't a number listed anywhere for me to call. No where in the description nor on my confirmation email did it state that it would take forever and a day for my order! Had I known, I wouldn't have order from this company. I could have placed 10 orders of the same item from Amazon and gotten all ten of them before today! And then, it's not even the size that I ordered!!!! Luckily my daughter loves it. That is the only thing keeping me from demanding a refund!!! YOUR COMPANY WILL NEVER RECEIVE MY BUSINESS AGAIN!!!!

This items looked amazing on the computer on their website so when you get it looks are so deceiving it. The quality is not the greatest. My five-year-old can make this and then when I needed to get a refund back, I had to ship it with shipping cost way more than what the product was worth so at this point, I won’t recommend this to anybody. I’m a business owner and this was for a second business that we were trying To look aesthetic and nice and this cannot be even put up on a wall. I would even take this from my five year-old for a school project disappointment extremely waste of money and in US dollars. Stay away do not buy look at all the other negative reviews

It's a scam, you displayed it in a much larger size, but it's the size of a small computer screen. You need to inform customers the truth. I want my money back. Plus I email, called to change address on delivery. You never responded. I received mine 1/22/25 outside my door. That's not where I wanted it to go.

The product is smaller then what is being shown. I did not get the size that I purchased. It took forever to receive the package. The quality of the product is so distasteful. I will not be ordering from this company again.

It looks nothing like the picture.

It is super small and don’t even like the size on the picture. The measurements are in millimeters not inches not feet. I got the biggest one and a small as hell and very disappointing. It’s cute but the size is not the way it shows in the picture. It’s only 10” x 20” which is very tiny to be a sign that’s hung up on the wall!!

I bought two of these and received them. It took a very long time to ship. There are no instructions whatsoever with these. I have no idea how to use them or work the small controllers that were included.

Don't buy anything from this site. If you want to be ripped off be my guest and order all you want. They are a fraud and will steal your money. I ordered the mirror, it never came so I tried to track it with the tracking number provided. It was a dead end only provided tracking that said it cleared customs. Tried contacting the delivery carrier number out of service. Tried contacting the seller through the number provided on website, always busy no matter when you call. Tried contacting seller through the number on my CC statement also out of service. Needless to say it's been more than a month and my mirror still hasn't arrived.
