Hello good day to you people. I made an order over 2 month now ans make full payment. I didn’t receive anything from you. You people just took my money and send me Only tracking number.

Before you order a custom lighted mirror, just try calling their customer service number 1-619-354-1797 and just see if it even rings all it does is a fast busy if you send them an email about a concern at their designated email address you will get a response that you will hear something in 1 to 3 days. But this is all a scam. I ordered one of these mayors October 25. You get your original email that the order is good and then you hear nothing you’re completely ghosted. I have sent 16 emails to them asking where my order is they are never answered and you try calling their phone number. It’s fast busy. This is a scam. I cannot believe that these reviews are real.

I ordered a mirror in October. The money was taken out of my account for the purchase.. I never received my mirror!!!! I can’t get ahold of anyone to discuss this matter. Chat is a joke!!!! I’m thinking this is a scam!!!!!!!!!

I haven’t got it yet but I think I did it wrong the lower I put her name in lower case instead of Bedroom would they catch it her name Sophia & Bedroom that’s what I want thanks you

It’s fiberglass with a string of lights attached to the back not an actually mirror like advertised. It’s very deceptive how it’s advertised as a mirror. It took 1 months 1/2 to receive. Never again would I spend any money with this site So small definitely not with the money, very disappointed! I literally could have made this myself. Customer service number and email is a JOKE! Followed tracking 2-3 locations in CHINA 2-3 Indianapolis California Elkridge Parkville To small disappointment showing up KEEP YOUR MONEY! I had just chalked mine up as a lost! Since no customer service, but said NEVER AGAIN

Order on November 4 said it shipped from china after I tracked the order on the 11th as of the 19th it says “the allocation has been received and is currently being processed” let’s see how long this takes

I’am getting it for my granddaughter, I think she will love it. Can’t wait till Christmas . I know she will be happy with it.

I ordered a mirror with our names on it from this company, the bbb better business bureau has informed me that they are being investigating them. I never received my order and it's been three months now ,it only cost a little to find out it's a scam I can I also spread the word through social media. Pass the message to unsuspecting people

I love it but I honestly thought it would be much bigger. I didn’t think it was going to be as small as a liscense plate. The pictures shown were much bigger to fit over the entire bed.

I received my sign yesterday. The box was bent and the sign was broken in half. I'm so disappointed. And it took over 2 months to arrive...

It is dirty poorly made, poor quality and not put together properly! Also your ad had represented what I received. It is also grossly overpriced for the bits of plastic that I received! I want my money refunded immediately!
